Tell Us About Your Piece

Write to us about your piece — a chair, a table, a yacht. A short message is enough: what it is, where it stands, what you wish for it. We reply personally within one working day. The first conversation is free of charge and without obligation; afterwards you receive a fixed quote.

How to reach us

You will find our current contact details in the footer of this page — and the enquiry form below. A short message is the most direct way; discretion begins with the first line.

Please tell us, in a few sentences: what the piece is, where it stands — house, table, yacht — and what you wish for it. Photographs are welcome but not required; every piece is measured on the original in any case.

Discretion is part of our craft: we work under confidentiality agreements if you wish, publish no photographs without your consent, and cite references anonymously only.

The path

What follows the enquiry

Every commission follows the same quiet order: your message, our reply within one working day, the first conversation, fabric samples in a hand-sewn linen couvert, measuring on site, the calico fitting on the original, the making in Hamburg and the final fitting at your home. The lead time is usually six to ten weeks.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. One way of contact is enough — e-mail or telephone.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

What happens after my enquiry?

We reply personally within one working day. Then follows the first conversation — by telephone, in the atelier or at your home — about the piece, the room and the purpose. Only afterwards is anything measured, calculated or scheduled.

What does the first conversation cost?

Nothing. The first conversation is free of charge and without obligation. After it you receive a fixed quote for your piece.

Do you also work outside Hamburg?

Yes. We work in Hamburg, on Sylt and throughout northern Germany — and on request across Europe and on board of yachts. Measuring, calico fitting and final fitting take place wherever your piece stands.
